A gentle space for deep feelers

Overthinking
Softly

You think too much — and that's okay. This is a warm, honest space for anyone who feels deeply, worries quietly, and is learning to be a little gentler with themselves.

You're not too much.
You're just deeply human.

Overthinking Softly is a corner of the internet built for the people who replay conversations, feel everything all at once, and wonder if they'll ever quiet their mind.

Here you'll find honest reflections, gentle guidance, and a reminder that your depth is not a flaw — it's what makes you beautifully you.

Hi. I'm glad you're here.

I've been an overthinker my whole life. I'm talking lying awake at 2am replaying a conversation from three years ago, saying yes when I desperately meant no, and feeling everything so deeply it sometimes felt like too much to carry.

Somewhere in my 30s I started writing it all down — not because I had the answers, but because I needed somewhere to put it all. And slowly, something shifted. The writing became a lifeline. Then it became this.

I'm not a therapist. I'm not an expert. I'm just someone who has spent a lot of years learning to set boundaries, unlearn people-pleasing, and find peace in the middle of a very loud mind — and I wanted to create a space where you don't have to figure all of that out alone.

This is Overthinking Softly. Pull up a chair. You belong here. 💛
